Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) available in the Danville, IL area! This contract position is designed for professionals passionate about making a difference in young learners’ lives. The role runs from August 17, 2026, through June 4, 2027, supporting PreK and Kindergarten classrooms with hands-on behavior management.

You’ll be engaged with rotational classroom assignments each quarter, collaborating with educators to drive impactful behavioral outcomes. The hybrid work model allows flexibility—while a minimum of three days per week on-site is essential, the rest of your week can be shaped to suit your schedule if hybrid is selected. All behavioral observations must be conducted in person, giving you the chance to build rapport directly with students and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification—active and in good standing
  • Experience working in PreK-K educational settings is highly valued
  • Ability to conduct in-person classroom observations and behavior management coaching
  • Willingness to rotate through different classrooms each quarter
  • Flexibility with scheduling, especially for those choosing the hybrid model
  • Must pass an in-person background check (processing time varies from 2–6 weeks depending on the season)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior support plans for PreK and Kindergarten students
  • Coach and mentor classroom staff on proactive behavior management techniques
  • Gather and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions
  • Work collaboratively across multiple classrooms, adapting to each unique environment

This role fosters both professional growth and meaningful community impact within an engaging, collaborative school setting. If you’re a BCBA ready to make a difference with flexible hybrid options, apply today and help lay the foundation for students’ lifelong success!

Compensation for this position ranges from $48.12 to $68.12. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
