School Psychologist - Glendale, Arizona

Shape positive educational outcomes as a School Psychologist in a vibrant school environment near Glendale, AZ. This onsite contract opportunity begins July 1st, 2025 and continues through May 22nd, 2026, offering consistent, full-time hours—8 hours daily, Monday through Friday, not exceeding 40 hours per week. Provide meaningful support to a manageable caseload of approximately 65 students within an engaged educational community.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Previous experience working in K–12 school settings preferred
• Expertise in conducting psychological assessments and administering a variety of testing tools
• Strong understanding of child development, learning differences, and intervention strategies
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and parents
• Detail-oriented and organized for effective case management and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform student assessments including cognitive, academic, social, and behavioral evaluations
• Analyze evaluation results to develop recommendations, reports, and intervention plans
• Participate in team meetings, including IEP and eligibility determination sessions
• Provide consultation and guidance to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs
• Support the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant guidelines and timelines
