Adecco is partnering with a local client in Neenah, WI to find reliable individuals to work as Packagers and Machine Assistants.
Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd
Pay: $16-$18/hr (based on position)
Job Responsibilities - Packaging:
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Package finished goods into designated cartons or cases.
- Hand-pick and place products into cartons according to customer orders.
- Label cartons, stack products, and pack cartons following work instructions and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
Job Responsibilities - Machine Assistant:
- Assist machine operators with equipment setup, changeovers, and production support
- Prepare inks, substrates, and adhesives, and restock materials and supplies as needed.
- Clean press parts, production equipment, and work areas while performing general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, organized workspace
- Inspect, sort, and rework printed materials to meet quality standards, and assist with resolving quality or production concerns.
- Provide break relief for machine helpers, follow all safety and PPE requirements, and perform other production support duties as assigned.
- Reliable and punctual; must be able to report on time for all scheduled shifts
- Able to work 8-10 hour shifts daily
- Open to working overtime, as needed
- Willing and able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including wearing all required PPE
- Capable of standing for the entire duration of the shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
