Shipping and Receiving Operator

Port of Catoosa metal supplier looking to urgently hire a shipping & receiving warehouse operator

Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM, OT as needed.

Pay: $18.00 per hour paid weekly on Friday

Duties:

• Safely load and unload steel coils and other material on and off flatbed trailers and rail cars.
• Ability to safely maneuver around the warehouse with an overhead crane(99.9% of the day) or sit down forklift.
• Verify shipping documents and perform QC checks of materials being shipped.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read tape measure, micrometer and use basic hand and power tools.
• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to walk and stand entire shift. Physically active role!
• Must be able to work in a non climate controlled environment.

Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen.
