Urgent Hire - PCU RN + Sign on bonus $15K

We are seeking an Urgent Hire - PCU RN + Sign On Bonus $15K to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.

Shifts Available:

• Days (Rotating weekends)
• Nights (Rotating weekends)

Job Summary and Qualifications:

The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
• Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response.
• Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients

Qualifications:

• 1 year of recent (Within the last year) acute care  PCU Experience. *Would Consider speaking with someone that has acute care ER RN experience or 3 years of acute Med-Surg experience *all experience has to be recent (within the last year)
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
• Advance Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Shift Differentials: $4 for Nights

Sign on: $10k Days / $15k Nights
