Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct PET and nuclear medicine imaging scans in compliance with established protocols and safety standards
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as required for imaging studies
  • Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures, offering clear instructions and support
  • Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to review and interpret scan results
  • Calibrate and maintain imaging equipment, performing quality control checks as scheduled
  • Accurately document procedures, maintaining detailed records of all imaging performed
  • Follow facility policies and regulatory guidelines regarding radiological safety and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Certification and registration in Nuclear Medicine Technology and PET preferred
  • Valid credentials allowing practice in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Proven experience performing both nuclear medicine and PET scans in a clinical setting
  • Thorough understanding of radiopharmaceutical protocols and safe handling procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to offer compassionate assistance to patients
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to documentation standards

$3,741 - $3,944/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
