Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) | Sign-on + Benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical unit within a leading acute care hospital. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Position Highlights

• Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) or Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Rotating weekends required
• Salary up to $44.88/hr based on experience
• Night Differential: +$4/hr
• Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case)
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: Typically 6:1

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements

• Active RN License (Florida or Compact License)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma
• Acute Care RN experience required
• • Within the last 3 years
  • Within the last 5 years if candidate has extensive RN experience
• BLS Certification required
