About who needs care: Need to be changed and cleaned regularly and light good fixed. Very limited mobility. Have wheelchair, lift chair, etc
About the care needs: He's very alert. Only need help with cleaning/bathing and changing if depends. Light meal preparation and putting to bed at 7 p.m. (hospital bed in place) rails must be put up
Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
