Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for childcare assistance for our 4-year-old and 2-year-old! We are willing to co-create the schedule/scope. Generally, the role will involve: Picking the kids up from school, playing with them, snacks/dinner prep, and light housekeeping. Friday would likely include morning assistance, getting the kids ready for school and dropping them off. Ideally in search of someone with experience with the boundary testing phase of age 2-5, someone adept at direct and open communication, and someone they will love our kids. One of us will be working from home starting in September/October, the other commutes five days a week to Poughkeepsie.
