Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a babysitter for our 3. 5-year-old son on weekday mornings from 7:15-8:15 a.m. beginning in October. This person would come to our house, play with him for about 45 minutes and then around 8 a.m. walk him approximately 5 blocks to school and drop him off. Some weeks we would need help all 5 days, while other weeks it would only be 3-4 days. We would pay $100-125 per week (depending on experience) regardless of the number of days needed in a given week.
