Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We have a son who is nearly 3 months old. Job will be Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. We have an 8-year-old dog who is very sweet and gentle around guests and our baby. He requires almost no care during the day. Our son has been having some reflux and we are just wanting an in home Nanny that can watch him all day instead of our planned day care that may not be able to give him as much attention as we would like.
