Locums Neonatology Nurse Practitioner in Phoenix, Arizona - Flexible Shifts, Level IV NICU

Choose from multiple in-house shift lengths while providing high-acuity neonatal care in a 60-bed Level IV NICU.

Highlights

• Five openings available
• Multiple shift-length options
• Shared provider workload based on patient acuity

Practice & Cases

• 100 percent inpatient care for critically ill neonates
• Neurological, surgical, cardiac, and complex multisystem conditions
• Intubation, UAC and UVC placement, lumbar puncture, chest tube placement, and PAL
• Six providers during days and three providers at night

Schedule

• 24-hour, 12-hour day or night, and 9-hour day shifts available
• Preferred workload of 36-48 hours per week
• Weekend coverage included
• No call responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner
• Board certification in Neonatology required
• Arizona RN and APRN licenses required
• BLS, PALS, NRP, and Arizona DEA required

• Rental car and mileage provided
