Cook, food vendor

Hi

We are traveling food vendors at state and county fairs. We sell BBQ and hotdogs. 

This is for the North Idaho State Fair in coeur d'alene at the Kootenai county fairgrounds. 

Dates 8/21/26 to 8/30/26 ten days

Hours from 12pm to 8pm everyday. 

Pay is $16/hr plus split of cash tips. Paid cash money at end of fair or end of employment. Cash tips paid out nightly. 

Duties and requirements:

Must be able to stand all day. We take breaks, sometimes lots, but you MUST be able to stand longer periods of time on grass. 

Have a good attitude, be positive, and have a willingness to learn and work. We need cooks and our food is super easy to make, like super easy. It must be fast service for the fair goers. 

Work and fit in with a team that is upbeat, positive, and professional. 

Prepare food, like sliders, wraps, and hotdogs, quickly and make it look good. Prep veggies, cut chicken, make sauces. Clean and stock up. 

Looking ideally for ppl who can work all ten days. I need 2 or 3 ppl.
