Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and hydraulic systems
- Perform equipment and component alignments
- Replace hydraulic hoses and work with JIC and SAE fittings
- Properly grease and lubricate motors, gearboxes, and other equipment
- Follow LOTO and plant safety procedures
- Support equipment across roll-forming, welding/fabrication, and paint-line departments
Qualifications
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and alignments
- Knowledge of industrial grease and lubrication
- Experience replacing hydraulic hoses
- Experience with presses, paint lines, or hydraulic-heavy manufacturing equipment is a plus
