Pediatric Intake Coordinator

We are looking for a confident, upbeat, mature, smart individual for our very fast paced pediatric intake coordinator position. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be organized. Some job responsibilities include initial intakes, evaluation scheduling,  data entry, insurance verification, filing, patient interaction on the phone and in person. Customer service and previous medical office experience of at least 2 years.  MUST be looking for a long term position. Must like working around kids and have experience interacting with many different types of personalities. - Previous insurance verification is a must

- Ability to work under pressure and remain friendly and professional

- Ability and willingness to treat all patients and parents with the utmost kindness and consideration in the most trying situations

- Friendly personality with the desire to work with the public

- Ability to prioritize and follow up on completion of tasks

- Good writing and communication skills

Hours: Monday -Thursday 8 AM - 6 PM; Fri 8 AM - 12 PM
