We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient staffing and scheduling of our healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for our healthcare professionals, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing gaps in patient care

• Analyze and optimize staffing patterns to improve productivity and efficiency

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with our clinical and support staff

• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with onboarding new staff members and ensuring they have the necessary resources and training

• Collaborate with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
