Heritage Lakeside is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Director to keep our building running safely and smoothly. We're a community facility that values practical experience, a strong work ethic, and people who take ownership of their work.

What you'll do:

• Handle and oversee daily building and equipment repairs

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems

• Keep us in compliance with life safety and regulatory requirements

• Manage preventative maintenance and coordinate with vendors

• Lead a small maintenance team and cover on-call and emergency needs

What you bring:

• Solid building maintenance experience (healthcare a plus, not required)

• Ability to troubleshoot and make repairs on your own

• Comfortable with physical work and supervising a small crew
