Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

Hi, so I would like help with my kids at night. My husband has to leave for work by at least 8, about 8:30 I would say, so I would have them come in at 8 just to help with getting the kids situated for bed. Possibly 7, to keep them on bed schedule. It most likely will be just my two youngest ones there. My oldest will be there sometimes. What I need help with is the bedtime routine, getting them into bed, and basically just watching them until I get home from work. I get off work at 11 o'clock, so I should be home around 11:30.
