Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: They have a lot of diagnosed medical conditions and right now their mobility is strained and they use a walker for mobility issues. They have mild incontinence but have not experienced any accidents in a while. They can wash themselves and use the clean themselves after bathroom use. They need assistance with housekeeping duties, Medication reminders, cooking, companionship, etc. About the care needs: Someone who is very patient, attentive and kind. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
