Welder - 2nd Shift-Pay: $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general welding tasks using MIG welding techniques
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to guide your welding work
- Maintain and operate welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any welding-related issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in general welding and MIG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a welding or manufacturing role
Working Conditions:
The work environment is an active manufacturing facility, with exposure to noise, heat, and other industrial conditions. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
