CDL A Flatbed Driver – $29/Hour

El Reno, OK | Local/Regional | Monday–Friday

Dexter is hiring CDL A Flatbed Drivers for local and regional deliveries out of our El Reno facility.

If you're looking for steady Monday–Friday work without the typical OTR lifestyle, this is a great opportunity.

What We Offer

• $29/hour
• 1st shift / early morning start
• Approximately 10–11 hour days
• 300–600 miles per day
• 5–10 delivery stops per day
• Local/regional routes throughout OK, TX & MO
• No scheduled weekends
• No scheduled holidays
• Occasional overnight layover depending on route
• Consistent work with a safety-focused company

What You'll Do

• Drive CDL A flatbed trucks on local and regional routes.
• Deliver axles and other products to customers.
• Load/unload and properly secure freight.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Verify loads and delivery paperwork.
• Pick up materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe truck and trailer.
• Follow all DOT and company safety requirements.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Minimum 1 year CDL driving experience
• Flatbed experience preferred
• Safe driving record
• No DUI within the past 3 years
• Ability to work early morning starts and 10–11 hour shifts
