Travel Assignment – Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Contract: 13 weeks
 

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA) – REQUIRED
• Current state SLP license – REQUIRED
• CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility – REQUIRED

Job Duties

• Conduct patient screenings and evaluations
• Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Develop discharge plans
• Document services according to regulatory and facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Improve patients' communication and swallowing function

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
