**Job Information:** Job Title: Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager Global Level: GL-9 Job Family/Function: Data Management / Technology & Innovation **About the Role:** As the Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering comprehensive technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account. This role sits at the intersection of corporate real estate (CRE) data management and technical innovation. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting, data pipelines, low-code application development, and AI-driven efficiency tools. You are responsible for balancing talent assignments to meet competing client needs while managing financial forecasting and budgeting for the program. **What You’ll Do:** + Program Leadership: Oversee and manage the team responsible for technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting. Ensure all projects align with client objectives and contractual service level agreements. + Data & Analytics Oversight: Direct the production, maintenance, and support of ad-hoc reports, scripts, data pipelines, and dashboards that support the corporate real estate data management practice. + Innovation & AI Strategy: Drive the development of AI tools to increase service effectiveness and efficiency. Continuously identify opportunities to modernize workflows and integrate new technologies into the client’s service ecosystem. + Application Development: Supervise the design, build, and maintenance of low-code business applications (e.g., Google AppSheet). Manage the associated data pipelines and reporting structures for these applications. + Resource Management: Balance team capacity and talent assignments to ensure competing customer needs are met on time and within scope. + Financial Stewardship: Manage program-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. + Technology Governance: Track and oversee all technology implemented across the service offering, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability. + Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal partners and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for technology-related initiatives. + Mentorship & Influence: Coach team members to develop expertise in technical disciplines. Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations, even when interests diverge. + Policy & Process: Apply advanced knowledge to design better methods for accomplishing departmental objectives. Work is guided by functional policies, but you will influence the design of internal procedures. **What** **You’ll** **Need:** + Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology program management, data operations, or a similar field. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Google AppSheet, Microsoft PowerApps). Proven experience with dashboarding and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). The minimum salary for the Workplace Program Mgr is $145,000 annually [or $69.71 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Workplace Program Mgr is $165,000 annually [or $79.33 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
