The Branch Manager at the Rancho Cordova Branch will play a pivotal role in leading daily operations, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff.
- Recruit and onboard employees; set clear expectations and manage performance.
- Oversee daily branch operations, scheduling, workload coordination, and service quality.
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, labor, and operational performance against established goals.
- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and employer requirements.
- Build lasting customer relationships and resolve escalated service concerns promptly and professionally.
- Use operational and customer data to identify trends, improve processes, and support sustainable growth.
- Partner with operations leadership and other teams to align branch priorities with broader business goals
- SPCB Branch Field Representative License (required)
- Qualified Applicator License (QAL) with Categories A, B, and M (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in operational or team management roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
