Equipment Associate

Our client, a leading provider in the equipment rental industry, is seeking a Equipment Associate to join their team. As a Equipment Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the branch team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Associate

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: $20 per hour 

Shift: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist service technicians, sales staff, and branch personnel with labor support to meet customer needs
• Help with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental
• Perform routine safety and operational checks on rental equipment
• Greet customers and assist with inquiries about equipment and supplies
• Load and unload rental equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service focus and eagerness to learn
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
