Immigrant Services Liaison  (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Manpower is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and professional Immigrant Services Liaison. This position serves as a liaison between local government, immigrant communities, and nonprofit organizations, helping connect residents with programs, resources, and opportunities for civic engagement.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, highly organized, comfortable with public speaking, and passionate about community service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between the City, immigrant communities, and nonprofit partners.
• Coordinate and assist with naturalization and citizenship and welcoming  ceremonies.
• Build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations and speak to diverse audiences.
• Promote community programs and services through effective outreach and engagement.
• Facilitate communication between residents and City departments.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in community outreach, nonprofit engagement, or public service preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community partners.
