Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Need infant care (4month by that time). Job starts at 8am, so would need to leave by 6. 45 a.m. Would need someone to come before. Would come back by 6. 30. Will have some help from parents and in laws time to time, but would need our nanny to still be with us during those time. Would prefer live in nanny, open to discussing live out options as well.
