What You'll Do
The Family Services Manager is a working leader who maintains a small caseload while providing supervision, coaching, and support to Family Services Coordinators. This position leads implementation of the Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework and works closely with the program leadership to ensure high-quality services, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for children and families.
The Family Services Manager uses data to guide decisions, supports staff development, strengthens partnerships with families and community organizations, and promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence. The safety and well-being of children is the highest priority in all aspects of the work.
In this role, you will:
- Supervise, coach, and support Family Services Coordinators to promote high-quality service delivery.
- Lead implementation of the Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework.
- Partner with families and staff to ensure family needs, goals, and services are effectively identified and supported.
- Monitor enrollment, family engagement, health services, and compliance data to ensure program standards are met.
- Analyze trends, address concerns, and implement solutions that improve outcomes for children and families.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate parent leadership opportunities and encourage meaningful family participation in program decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and internal stakeholders.
- Provide training, guidance, and resources to support staff success and program quality.
Most importantly, you'll empower staff, strengthen family partnerships, and ensure every child and family receives the support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Sociology, Psychology or related human service field is required. An education degree with appropriate course work and/or experience may be considered.
- 3 years experience working with school age children and supervisory experience preferred.
