Company/Position Overview: Our client, a real estate investment company that invests in logistics facilities, is seeking a long-term temporary Business Process Analyst. The analyst will partner with business and technical teams to translate findings into practical recommendations, clarify requirements, and keep data-related initiatives and projects moving forward. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with complex datasets. This person must be a proactive self-starter who can operate independently, take ownership of ambiguous problems, and engage the appropriate stakeholders when needed. Success in this role requires the ability to move beyond identifying issues by recommending solutions, supporting implementation, and monitoring outcomes to ensure improvements are sustainable.
The Business Analyst will exhibit strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills and must be confident in their ability to interact with stakeholders (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
