Slot Floor Attendant

***$600 sign on bonus currently in effect for all new hires.***

Summary:

Responsible for various activities involving electronic gaming devices (EGD), and adheres to applicable gaming laws and Title 31

 No Experience necessary, we will train. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide guest service to all casino patrons
• Accurately performs fund transfers
• Performs transactions with guest, ensuring all bills are checked for counterfeit
• Verifies jackpot payouts and coin fills
• Pay jackpots and accurately completes all paper work
• Communicates with Slot Supervisor and appropriate departments  in regards to performing duties
• Cleans and perform preventative maintenance on EGD’s
• Remove coin and bill jams
• Responds to service lights and addresses patron’s questions
• Perform other duties as assigned

General Qualifications:

• Must be friendly, able to work and communicate effectively and professionally with patrons and other team members while performing essential duties
  

Education and/or Experience:

• 
  GED or High School Diploma
