What You'll Be Doing

Provide executive leadership for a multi-service nonprofit by setting strategy, leading senior leaders, and ensuring organizational success.
Build strong relationships with the Board of Directors, major donors, community leaders, and other key stakeholders to support the organization's mission.
Represent the organization throughout the community while helping grow financial support through fundraising and donor engagement.

What We're Looking For

Executive leadership experience as an Executive Director, CEO, President, COO, or other senior executive, along with nonprofit leadership experience.
Proven success working with Boards of Directors, leading senior leadership teams, and building relationships with donors and community partners.
Active, practicing Catholic. This faith requirement applies to this executive leadership position due to the nature of the organization's mission and leadership responsibilities.
