Payroll Supervisor

Target Salary: 70K + depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

Supervise the payroll team while ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on schedule.
Oversee payroll compliance, tax reporting, garnishments, year-end processing, and payroll audits.
Identify process improvements, support payroll system optimization, and provide reporting for leadership.

What We're Looking For

At least five years of payroll experience, including experience leading or supervising others.
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax reporting, garnishments, and year-end payroll processes.
Experience working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
