Position: Music Production Expert - Vietnamese
Type: Contract
Compensation: $18/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Up to 6 months
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated music across various genres, focusing on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality.
• Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and model outputs.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese, and the ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Vietnamese genres, sub-genres, and artists.
