Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential? Lighthouse ABA Services is looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our close-knit team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)!

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents ages 3–18 in their homes, helping them build meaningful skills and achieve their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Qualifications

We are looking for dependable, caring, and enthusiastic individuals who:

* Have a high school diploma or equivalent

* Can pass a background check

* Have a valid driver’s license

* Have proof of valid auto insurance

* Enjoy working with children and families

* Are dependable, patient, and eager to learn

Experience in ABA is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided!
