Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
- Learn to read blueprints and technical drawings to understand machinery and equipment specifications
- Operate hand and power tools to perform tasks related to the trade
- Understand and follow all safety procedures and protocols at job sites
- Collaborate with experienced Millwrights to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in mechanical systems and machinery
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physical strength and stamina to perform job duties
- Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced Millwrights
