Quality Inspector | $30.00/hr

• $30.00/hr, depending on experience

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with possible overtime

 

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished parts to verify conformance to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.

• Use precision measuring instruments — calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other gauging equipment — to verify dimensional accuracy.

• Provide accurate and proficient flow of materials and documents through the Quality Control Department in all areas of manufacturing.

• Inspect machined, fabricated, sub-assembled, assembled parts, and final assembly.

• Perform, control, record, and calibrate inspection tools and instruments, shop inspection tools, and shop control fixtures.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience assembling parts according to Bill of Materials, Bill of Operations, engineering drawings, and other related controlled documents.

• Computer experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
