United Talent is immediately hiring 2nd Shift Custodian Associates in Hiram, GA!

Job Responsibilities:

Gather trash and sort recyclables throughout the office and warehouse.
Clean and maintain bathrooms, break rooms, clinic rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, offices, walls, and other common areas.
Vacuum, dust, mop, extract carpets, wax and auto-scrub hard floors.
Clean windows, glass doors, counters, cabinets, and other surfaces.
Perform minor building maintenance, including changing light bulbs, painting, and general checks of doors and locks.
Restock cleaning and facility supplies and maintain cleaning supply inventory.
Prepare meeting rooms and other areas for meetings and events.
Follow proper procedures for the use and storage of cleaning solutions and equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the facility.
Complete assigned duties independently and with minimal supervision.
Participate in training during the first 60 days on cleaning procedures, supplies, recycling, and facility expectations.

Pay & Shift:

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of recent related custodial, maintenance, or building maintenance experience.
Basic English reading and speaking skills.
Knowledge of general building maintenance, cleaning equipment, materials, and procedures.
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision.
Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with coworkers, clients, and visitors.
Ability to operate basic office equipment and use maintenance-related computer applications.
Must be comfortable performing routine cleaning and maintenance duties throughout an office and warehouse environment.
