▶︎ What will you do:
・Support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service and developing the team.
・Create a welcoming and friendly store environment and respond to customer needs professionally.
・Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with honesty and integrity.
・Step in as Store Manager when needed.
・Conduct pre-testing for eye exams and take accurate eyewear measurements.
・Recommend products and stay informed about industry trends.
・Educate customers on lens care, maintenance, and proper use.
・Process sales, payments, returns, and other transactions accurately through the POS system.
・Manage inventory shipments and maintain store displays according to brand standards.
・Respond to customer inquiries and complaints by phone and email.
・Follow company policies regarding safety, health, security, and workplace conduct.

・Strong customer service and communication skills.
・Ability to train and develop team members.
・Strong problem-solving skills with a professional and positive attitude.
・Knowledge of eyewear products and basic optical measurements.
・Ability to work accurately with POS systems and inventory.
・Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
・Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
