REGIONAL - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

We are seeking a compassionate and autonomous Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide high-quality mental health care in skilled nursing facilities throughout the Greater Maryland area.

This is a multi-facility, field-based role requiring scheduled travel between assigned facility locations. The position offers competitive compensation, consistent patient engagement, and a supportive clinical environment. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity requiring ANCC Board Certification.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
• Provide psychotherapy, consultations, and medication management
• Manage an assigned caseload across multiple skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with facility providers and interdisciplinary care teams
• Work autonomously with support from the psychiatric team
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives

Providers are assigned a structured schedule across multiple facilities based on geography, patient census, and clinical needs. Reliable transportation and regular travel between assigned facilities are required. Facility assignments may change based on operational needs.

• Current and unrestricted applicable NP/APRN licensure

Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday–Friday; approximately 8 hours/day
Work Location: In person; multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout Greater Maryland
