Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations at a wire manufacturing facility. This position involves maintaining accurate inventory records, processing paperwork, assisting with shipments and receiving, and communicating with warehouse and production teams.
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations at a wire manufacturing facility. This position involves maintaining accurate inventory records, processing paperwork, assisting with shipments and receiving, and communicating with warehouse and production teams.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving paperwork
- Enter and update inventory information accurately
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials
- Assist with scheduling and tracking shipments
- Maintain organized warehouse records
- Communicate with warehouse, production, and office staff
- Follow all company safety and warehouse procedures
- Perform other general warehouse and clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or clerical experience preferred
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork and maintain records
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Must be dependable and able to work assigned shifts
