Pool Attendant - Seasonal

White Elephant Aspen is seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-minded seasonal Pool Attendant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, working in a team-oriented environment, and providing warm, personalized hospitality.

Position Dates - ASAP - April 30, 2027

As a Pool Attendant, you will help ensure our heated outdoor pool area is welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. You will assist guests with towels, seating, amenities, and special requests while consistently delivering the elevated service for which White Elephant Resorts is known.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with poolside needs and special requests
• Deliver personalized guest amenities and special-occasion offerings
• Set up, maintain, and restock hospitality stations throughout the day
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area, supplies, and equipment
• Support guest safety, comfort, and enjoyment throughout each shift
• Open, set up, and manage the pool desk
• Arrange pool furniture, cabanas, umbrellas, towels, and other amenities
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed
• Collect used towels and return them to the Laundry department
• Prepare and organize the pool area for the following shift
• Work closely with other departments to create a seamless guest experience
