Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job Summary:
The ideal candidates will have experience in shipping and receiving operations, along with some computer skills, and additional experience operating a sit-down forklift.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Pay Rate and Hours:
- Pay: $18.50/HR
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with possible overtime
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job Description:
- Unloading trucks(using a sit-down forklift)
- Checking in material
- Verifying paperwork is correct
- Pulling material for the warehouse
- Labeling materials with the proper tags
- Stocking material on racks(using a stand-up forklift)
- Required to maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.
- Inventory transactions in the computer system.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job Requirements:
- Basic computer experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
