LPN (Family Medicine Clinic)

WCS Healthcare is partnering with an amazing health system seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a busy Family Care practice in the Capital Region.

This full-time opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule, excellent work-life balance, and the chance to work within a collaborative outpatient care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Provider.
• Obtain and document vital signs and other routine patient data.
• Assist with treatments, procedures, and medication administration.
• Recognize and report high-risk situations appropriately.
• Follow established clinical protocols, standards of care, and infection control guidelines.
• Reinforce patient and family education.
• Accurately transcribe provider orders and document within electronic medical record systems.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
