Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) with Pelvic Health certification to provide specialized outpatient physical therapy services. This opportunity is ideal for a PT with strong pelvic health experience who enjoys working in a patient-centered clinic environment.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
Determine diagnosis, prognosis, and appropriate treatment strategies
Develop and modify individualized therapeutic plans
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions
Address impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
Promote injury prevention, wellness, and overall fitness
Educate patients regarding treatment plans and therapeutic exercises
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Complete progress reports, attendance records, and discharge summaries
Submit timely and accurate charges for services provided
Requirements
✅ Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
✅ Pelvic Health Certification – Required
✅ Minimum 4 years of Pelvic Health experience
✅ Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program
✅ Current CPR certification
✅ Strong outpatient physical therapy experience
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a patient care team
