Join us as a Physical Therapist in Haxtun, Colorado! This travel role offers a dynamic schedule with 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and evening shifts may be required for inpatient evaluations. With guaranteed 36 hours per week, you’ll be integral to delivering exceptional patient care.Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, organizing, and executing rehabilitative programs to enhance patient mobility, alleviate pain, and correct disabling conditions caused by disease or injury. You will also participate in community outreach and preventative programs, effectively marketing these services.Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapist license in Colorado and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). A Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MSPT or DPT) is essential. Preferred qualifications include three years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and Trigger Point Dry Needling certification.This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for physical therapy and patient-centered care.
