Job Description

We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. The X-Ray Technologist will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures to assist physicians in identifying and diagnosing illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized X-ray examinations according to physician orders
• Explain procedures to patients and provide appropriate instructions
• Properly position patients and operate radiographic equipment
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Follow radiation safety protocols and minimize patient radiation exposure
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety throughout procedures
• Review images for quality and completeness
• Maintain accurate patient and examination records
• Follow department policies, infection-control procedures, and safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• ARRT certification required
• Experience as an X-Ray/Radiologic Technologist
• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and radiation safety
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Willingness to work every other weekend
