Job Summary
CT Technologist position available in a bustling healthcare facility located in Tacoma, Washington. This 17-week contract offers night shifts from 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM, with a schedule of 7 nights on and 70 hours per week, providing an excellent opportunity for experienced technologists to work in a newly built trauma facility. The role involves performing CT scans and X-ray procedures for a diverse patient population of children and adolescents, emphasizing high-quality imaging and compassionate patient care.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Nights, 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM, minimum 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT certification in CT, BLS certification, WA state license, 1 year of experience (additional pediatric experience preferred)
  • Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric imaging experience, strong communication skills, multitasking ability, kindness and patience with children and families
  • Technology/Equipment: Siemens Definition Edge Biograph mct flow edge (PET/CT scanner)
  • Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Patients aged 0-18 years with various diagnoses
  • Additional Information: Candidate must demonstrate great communication, be a self-starter, and capable of producing high-quality images. First-time travelers are encouraged to apply. Weekend rotation and limited on-call duties may apply depending on shift taken.
  • Drop-off/Submission: Candidates should be prepared to undergo clinical interviews and meet all licensure and certification requirements.
