We're seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment!

📍 Location: Albany, Oregon

📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
📆 Start Date: August 24, 2026
⏰ Shift: 12-Hour Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Every Weekend
💼 Experience Required: 3+ Years of Physical Therapy Experience
🏥 Specialty: Physical Therapist
🏥 Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
⏰ Hours: 40 Hours/Week
💻 EMR: EPIC

📋 Requirements

✅ Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy License
✅ 3+ Years of Physical Therapy Experience
✅ Current Healthcare Provider BLS
✅ Inpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
✅ Experience treating patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, and orthopedic conditions
✅ Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
✅ Active license and required credentials must be maintained throughout the assignment
