Job Title: Swim Instructor (Paid Training Provided)

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Swim Instructors to teach lifesaving water safety and swimming skills to students ranging from 4 months old to adults. No prior swim teaching experience is required—we provide full, paid training to give you all the tools you need to succeed!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, engaging lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels.
• Ensure strict water safety and maintain constant supervision of all students in the pool.
• Track student progress
• Maintain pool deck cleanliness and organize teaching equipment before and after shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High reliability and a strict commitment to your scheduled shifts.
• Naturally kid-friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong communication skills to connect with both toddlers and adult learners.
• Pass a background check (applicants over 18)and secure CPR/First Aid certification (can be completed during training).
