CNC Machine Operator

We are looking to bring on a CNC Operator for an entry-level operating position. This position requires no prior machining experience, we will train you on the job. You will start with basic operations like loading bar feeders, running pre-programmed CNC machines, and performing quality checks, with opportunities to learn and grow your machining skills over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Load raw stock into bar feeders and machine loaders under senior operator guidance.
• Run pre-programmed CNC mills or lathes according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform basic inspections on finished parts.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical interest and willingness to learn machining on the job.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a standard tape measure.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
